ABOUT ME
I am a dedicated mental health professional with over 15 years of experience.
My journey began with an unrivalled passion for understanding the complexities of the mind, which led to me to pursue a degree in Psychology. Since graduating I have undertaken training in Counselling, Meditation and Mindfulness, NLP and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy. I am extremely passionate about supporting my clients on their own journey to well being, whatever this may look like for them.

My practise is built upon a foundation of both clinical expertise and a genuine commitment to client well being. I utilize a range of techniques to ensure that my sessions are tailored to the individual needs of my clients. I aim to create a safe environment where my clients can explore their feelings without fear of judgement: where they feel heard, understood and empowered.

I am happy to work short term over a few sessions, or longer term. I will be guided by you. Therapy is a collaborative process and is designed to support you in understanding your behaviour.
